With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning military service and the corporate world, Jeremy has led teams in demanding environments where accountability, clarity, and trust are essential to success.

Following eight years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Jeremy transitioned into the corporate sector, where he built and led multiple high-performing teams and advised leaders across organizations. His leadership philosophy is rooted in real-world experience—combining disciplined execution with a people-first mindset that develops talent while driving results.

Jeremy holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, a Juris Doctor, and an MBA, bringing both academic depth and practical application to his work. He has spent years studying and applying leadership principles in environments ranging from the field to the boardroom, giving him a unique ability to translate complex leadership concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
